Charges - Class I

I.I - General Article

  • All disorders and neglects to the prejudice of good order and discipline in the Imperial Order, and conduct of a nature to bring discredit upon the Imperial Order.

    I.II - Contempt

  • Any IO Officer is subject to investigation, any Imperial Order Member found not to be cooperating with investigative efforts and directives will themselves be charged with Contempt.

    I.III - False Statements

  • Any member who, with intent to deceive, signs any false record, regulation, order, or other official document, knowing it to be false, or makes any other false official statement knowing it to be false.

    I.IV - Disobeying a Direct Order

  • Intentionally going against an order given to you by your commanding officer or another superior officer.

    I.VI - Insubordination

  • Conduct by a subordinate officer to his superior that could be construed as mocking, improper, or in opposition to the maintenance of good order and discipline.

    I.VII - Absent Without Leave (AWOL)

  • Failure to report in to your commanding officer, via e-mail after a period of three weeks.

    I.VIII - Dereliction of Duty

  • Failure to perform the duties assigned by a superior without adequate explanation.

    I.IX - Malicious Intents/Attempts

  • Any officer found to be making untoward intentions or foul attempts towards other officers, their unit or the Imperial Order in general.

    I.X - Accessory After the Fact

  • Any officer who knowing that another has committed and offense, is punishable by this charge and have committed, received, comforted, or assisted the offender in order to hinder or prevent his apprehension, trial, or punishment.
