All Imperial Order members are to respect one another and the other Internet citizens on the Web. Any member found to be "harassing" other netizens will be brought up on charges on conduct unbecoming an officer, first time offenders receive a warning from their commanding officer, repeat offenders will be demoted or banned from the IO. Officers are to treat each other with respect to rank and position.
