1. How does one go about recruiting members for the Imperial Order?

There are many tried and ture ways to do it. But since the Imperial Order is an on-line StarWars, most methods are Internet based. A good way to find new members is to look around in gaming zones. But this by no means exculdes face to face discussions with friends or other real life contacts.

2. Who are the main person or persons responsible for recruitment in the Imperial Order?

The main duties of exploring avenues of recruitment falls to the Training Office of the Imperial Order High Command. But it is up to the Imperial Order as a whole to present methods and avenues, not just the Training Officer and his Assitant's to do the whole thing. In fact, every Imperial Order member is asked to be active and find new members.

3. What is meant as Internet based methods to recruitment?

There are a few different methods being currently pursued by the Imperial Order at this time. One way that is being pursued is the use of StarWars message and bulletin boards. This way the Ops Officer can get a feel for the intrest of these boards users as to how they would feel to join an on-line club. Another method is the use of chatrooms, be it on the Internet, or the use of IRC (Internet Relay Chat) channels. The most common way to find new members, especially for the online game platforms, is to look for players in gaming zones

4. What is Internet Relay Chat?

Internet Relay Chat or IRC for short is a program developed by the Miralblis Company. This program utilizses the use of what is called channels setup by groups to communicate with its members. As all Imperial Order members know, this the main method by which we communicate as a club and hold our weekly meetings.

5. Can I recruit members that are my friends or family members in real-life?

8. What is expected of an applicant?

First off, applicants must meet the requirments for the position the are applying for, all be it for either a Tie Pilot or an Enlisted Member. Second, graduates of our training programs are some of the best. Officers and Enlisted Personnel must show consistent dedication to thier officers and to the Imperial Order as a whole. We work to better not only ourselves, but our group as well. This organization is just not members with a common interest in the StarWars legacy, but they are friends as well. Some are family, and some feel like a part of a family. We work hard to make this one of the best groups around, and we do this with hard work and dedication, and always with fun mixed in.
